The Miracles of the Qur’an – Discover Islam at UCL

  • “If the whole of mankind and Jinn were to gather together to produce the like of this Qur’an, they could not produce the like thereof, even if they backed up each other with help and support. And We have explained to man, in this Qur’an, every kind of similitude: Yet the greater part of men refuse (to receive it) except with ingratitude. (The Holy Qur’an – Chapter 17: Verses 88-89)

The Qur’an is not just a book – it is the verbatim word of God, The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful. As well as being a miraculous message in itself, having been revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) through the Angel Gabriel almost 1500 years ago, the Qur’an is a guidance for every single person, past, present and future – it is God’s instruction, message and revelation to humanity. The Qur’an is full of beautiful miracles, and to explore and discuss these further, join UCLU Islamic Society this Discover Islam Week, as renowned speaker, Hamza Tzortsis, explains the beautiful and awe-inspiring miracles of the Holy Qur’an.
