Weekly Dua: 7. Visiting the Restroom

  • When the prophet (pbuh) visited the restroom, he used to say “Allahuma innii aaoudhobiikkaa miinal khubthii wa’al khabaaith”* and enter with his left leg first.

    *اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْخُبُْثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ

    O Allah I seek refuge in you from the male and female jinn

    He would leave with his right leg out first and then say “Qufranak”** 3 times.
